The studio apartment was in need of a good clean & refurbishment. The bathroom was so dirty that I did not shower pubic hair filthy shower door tray drain sink & used kitchen sink to brush my teeth the furniture had cigarette burns tv held together with cellotape slashes in headboard musty smell old food in freezer grease which was old with dents & scratches floor had grease on it crockery dirty appliances in kitchen dirty

"Okay but noisy"

Everything was ok within my room except next door was very loud

I am contacting you in regards to Inappropriate noise from next door and loud banging through the hours of 11pm to 2am and at 6am constant knocking and ringing the wrong buzzer me and my girlfriend didn’t really enjoy the night
