Spacious and bright 1 - bedroom rental unit

A nice spaceous front room, with Booths nearby for food Milk teabags and coffee were provided, with some complimental special biscuits and mint chocolate each. It was close to a lovely walk by the river. Good value for money Close enough to amenities Very accomodating for pets.

Could do with a little updating, ie cup was cracked, blinds were broken in bathroom and a few other minor details. Had to sit sideways on toilet as bathroom was very narrow, but these are minor problems. We loved our stay.

Good to have a designated parking area as this is primarily an area with terraced homes without garages so parking could be an issue. Easy access with key safe. Galley kitchen with hallway and steps up to the living/dining room so not suitable for people with reduced mobility. You have complete control of the heating so can be as warm as you want it to be but the lounge area gets full sun. Nice to have the complimentary milk, biscuits, tea and coffee. Bed was very comfy. Great walks alongside the River Wharfe very close by as is the walk to Booths Supermarket and Ilkely town centre. Despite road frontage aspect the A65 was surprisingly quiet on an evening and during the night so not an issue and the bedroom is located down the side of the property.

Getting the tv to work was a bit tricky but I am no techno so maybe it was me. There were written instructions but I still struggled.

Fantastic location with parking. Check in was easy and the accommodation was very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay in Ilkley.

As described. Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Comfortable, well located and good communication from the owners. We enjoyed our stay.

A tray would be useful as the dining table is at the furthest point from the kitchen.
