Место отличное. Самое сердце Батуми. Апартаменты очень хорошие и комфортные. Все необходимое для проживания есть. Хозяин был всегда на связи и решал все появившиеся вопросы сразу. Очень все понравилось. Скоро вернемся опять. Спасибо.

Все было отлично. Заселение через кейбокс, на кухне все необходимое есть. В наличии было мыло, шампунь, гель, стиральный порошок. Кровать и постельное отличные. Местоположение отличное, все достопримечательности рядом, автобусы из аэропорта Кутаиси останавливаются в 3х минутах ходьбы.

Прекрасное расположение квартиры в самом центре, видовой балкон на красивый бульвар, хороший свежий ремонт, есть вся необходимая техника, бесконтактное заселение.

Относительный шум с дороги, потому все окна выходят на оживленный проспект

В Loft Batumi понравилось абсолютно всё. Расположение квартиры отличное, все достопримечательности практически видно из окна. Хозяин быстро отвечал на вопросы, квартира чистая, соседей слышно не было.

Dear Niko, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for your exceptional hospitality. It was a genuine pleasure to deal with you, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to have stayed in your lovely home for almost three days—it was a very special experience. From the very beginning, the check-in and check-out process was remarkably easy and smooth. The location of the home was absolutely perfect. It was close to everything we needed: Boulevard, Alphabet tower, sea beach, Batumi eye, Euro square, markets, exchange shops, restaurants, hotels and whatever you are looking and planning to do is near and close to your home. The home itself was amazing. It was very spacious and big enough for any family, featuring one big bedroom and a wonderful living room (salon). The kitchen and bathroom were very comfortable, and the highlight was undoubtedly the amazing balcony. Thank you so much once again, Niko. I will not hesitate to deal with you the next time I return to Georgia 🇬🇪—a truly amazing and great country.
