Loft Batumi

The cozy flat places in the awesome district of Batumi. It’s very close to the seaside, to the main square. The view from the windows is amazing!

We had a bit of difficulties with the hot water supply. There was not enough hot water to have showers for 4 people. But it’s ok for 2 people.

The entrance to the apartment is very old and not pleasant, and there is a lack of heating in the bathroom. The drain of water is very slow in the douche. Pi

-Great view, -wonderful location near to almost all the attraction right in th heart of batumi , its renovated apartment in second floor, No AC at the bedroom but available at the living room, No heating system but small electric heater available Almost all the appliances available in the apartment tv, washing machine, microwave etc Traffic noise from outside, but once you close the windows its reduced and not annoying Shattafa not available The owner was helpful and supportive as allowed to check in earlier Note for the owner: please check there is strange smell comes and goes from time to time , this was mentioned also in others reviews , Thank you

Everything modern clean wifi complete privacy the balcony is enough to feel the whole Batumi location doesn't need any taxi and also smart tv in bedroom and the comfort of cooking and doing your laundry
