This apartment is absolutely charming and spotlessly clean, the building is very modern, located in the very central neighborhood of the city. The location, smack dab in the middle of the old town, is perfect. Host was a wonderful person and we could not have asked for more. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic 3 nights at the apartment. It is very well equipped and we felt very comfortable. Very good feeling to have a fully equipped apartment! The location is city center with a 3 min walk to all the facilities and nightlife places.

If you're looking for a good apartment in Tbilisi, you've just found it. The place exceeds all expectations and more. The apartment is roomy and spotless. The views, meanwhile, are great, property is very sunny and if needed AC works very well.. Host’s kindness and availability make the stay even more enjoyable. He was very flexible on check-in and check-out times, even offering to keep our suitcases before leaving late afternoon. For sure if we come back to Tbilisi we will choose this apartment if we are lucky enough to book it:)

Everything is fairly centrally located and within 10 min walks to all major city landmarks. Your hospitality is unmatched. Great host. The apartment was nice, clean and modern. Everything worked perfectly and it had a wide range of amenities from oven, kettle, washing machine, a tube, hairdryer, AC etc. I have never been in a softer bed, I have a sleep problem but there I slept like a child. Apartment is located in a New building on a very cozy street right in the center of the city. There are no cons and I definitely recommend this place!
