Rustaveli Residence I

We visited the place with our 5 year old daughter and it was perfect, beautifully renovated with a strategically good location. We slept in a very cosy neighborhood of the most central district of Tbilisi, lot of restaurants and other facilities was in the stones throw but we slept veery good:) the apartment looked same pictures describe and had everything we needed. The host was very nice, easy to communicate with and accommodating.

I really liked the apartment as well as the communication with the host. Clean apartment, cozy, everything you need is there: iron, hairdryer, towels, etc. Convenient location: center, hypermarket and trading mall within 3 minutes from the apt, park 5 min walk away, public transport stop is also very close. Lived with pleasure for more than a week. 100% recommend.

Great location, with beautiful Decor. Apartment meets all requirements for 4-6 persons . In the street we found a little wonderful grocery market where products were brought literally from the village. When I go to Tbilisi again, I will definitely book this place again !

The flat is in a great location, super close to the most touristic streets and avenue, the mall and most famous restaurants accessible in 3-4 minutes. It was easy to get around from there. The street itself was very quiet, so it was fine to sleep with the windows open. The flat was very tidy with everything we needed.

I just finished my stay here and I cannot say enough good things about this apartment and the hosts. Location, communications, check in, and check out... everything was perfect. And seriously, the location is the absolute best. You are a 5 minute walk to every landmark of Tbilisi. The next time I come back to Tbilisi, I will try to stay here again!!

It is situated in a very convenient spot. Everything is within walking distance . Mini markets, bakeries, cafes, pharmacies, etc are around the block. The room is modern and has all the conveniences. Everything was clean and tidy. Host is a sweet and warm person, did his best to help us with all our requirements and answered all our questions. We will return for sure. Also we recommend visiting Tbilisi, a very historical and beautiful, very lovely city, people are very kind and welcoming, and their dishes… you can not describe them with words u MUST taste it. We had a great trip to Tbilisi and this flat was a big part of that. Nicely organized, well laid out and light. Great facilities (kitchen through to bathrooms), easy access and great location.Very quick response to our questions from George. Totally exceeded our expectations. Thanks George.

Great location, near everything. A lot of restaurants, bar, cafe nearby. The place was clean and had almost everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly, helpful and prompt with communication. Overall - an awesome place to stay.
