"Lovely charming cozy place in Tbilisi, but could use more comfortable beds! :)"

The property was immaculate - cozy, comfortable and extremely charming! It had all the facilities we needed, and was a great location from the old city. The property manager Gaia was super sweet and hospitable as well. The neighbors were really sweet and there are some lovely cats in the courtyard.

The beds in the twin bedroom weren’t very comfortable or supportive - too springy and creaky. My partner had to sleep on the sofa in the end on our third night. They could definitely do with more comfortable mattresses for a better rest :) Plus a new kettle, as the one in the kitchen was rusty.

"A lovely appartment both for a couple and a small family."

A very nice and well-organised appartment in the old town. Very quiet despite being close to the city centre and the major sights. A very warm welcome by the manager. We received many tips before our arrival and felt looked after throughout the stay. Thank you very much!

Very comfortable place, clean and friendly people. Appreciate Gaia a lot for her quick response and caring.

About 15 mins uphill walking from the old city. Good for people who has a car, they provide free parking.

"Amazing stay"

The host was very welcoming and was very quick and easy in communication: met us, gave some tips on the neighbourhood, let us leave the luggage and informed when the apartment was ready ahead of the check-in. The apartment itself was superb: very nit and clean, all the facilities were there. Two proper bedrooms and a very nice use of the inner space. I can't point out enough how nice was the stay at the property. Also, very pet friendly as we travelled with a small dog.

I couldn’t fault the property, it was perfect in every way. Even the staff and communication was amazing. Highly recommend and if I return to Tblisi would 100% stay again, wouldn’t even consider anywhere else!
