The apartment is renowated and in a very cozy alley. It is secure, clean and very comfortable. Manager Gaia is very helpful and always available when you need help.

Everything! Convenient location and easy to navigate on your first days in Tbilisi. Super clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff— they even bought me some cakes for my birthday during my stay 😊

Our hosts were extremely generous and welcoming. We checked in early (8 am) and left early (1 am) and our host was able to meet us at both times. They also offered to help set us up with tours for the surrounding area but we didn't take them up on it. We loved the neighborhood: easy access to many parts of the city with good public transport. Many little grocery shops and cafes/food places nearby.

The shower water temperature was very temperamental and hard to get right; sometimes it would switch to cold without warning in the middle of a shower. We had a small ant problem and some leaking from the unit above us, but our hosts were very attentive and did their best to solve the problem and follow up. They even gifted us some wine for our troubles.

I had a fantastic stay at BB Residence Sololaki and was extremely impressed with my experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently located and made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tbilisi.

the design is great, there are all facilities one needs. the staff is friendly and very helpful. we forgot earphones and just before the flight they returned them although it was 1am

We had a pleasant 5 days at the BB residence. From check in to check out the staff were really friendly and professional, they are also always available on WhatsApp and fast to respond. They have parking inside the residence which is practical if you rent a car like we did. The flat is decorated with taste and everything works fine. It’s pretty all new. You are 2 minutes walk from a small supermarket open 24/7 a pharmacy and even a French a bakery. The funicular, touristy area with restaurants are around 800m away. The place is in a good location if you prefer to walk. Overall you can’t go wrong choosing this place.

Because the building is in the old town. The entrance to the parking is really narrow so if you bring a car just make sure it’s not a van or large SUV.
