The place is near to liberty square.

As soon as we arrived at the location, nothing was clear about where exactly the entrance to the accommodation was. Then the owner appeared and took us to the room. We realized that the place was not clean, but she asked us to pay her and then left. Later, we noticed that there were no towels, even though it was stated in the amenities that they were provided. We asked for towels, and a lady brought them to us wrinkled and dirty. The toilet was dirty, and we had to buy cleaning supplies just to survive the two days.

The location is great. Second time in Tbilisi, and a huge plus to live in the center of everything. Also a good host, pleasant and friendly

Very thin walls, uncomfortable. Upon arrival there was no toilet paper, there was trash from previous guests. And the main problem is the water. It flows either only cold or very hot, it is impossible to set the usual warm, my wife had to go wash her hair in another place :(
