Amazing location, a very spacious room, there is a big, comfortable bed, a fridge and a kettle and excellent wi fi so you can work there without any problems. I didn’t have hot water at first but the owner Tato and his sister fixed it very quickly, they were very helpful during my stay so overall it was a great experience, thank you ❤️

Good location

No free parking as indicated, not really clean

The location was very close to the main square and tourist attractions, saving us time and taxi fare. We got there by bus from the airport (The bus faire could be paid by visa card).

There was no sign on the property and no reception. I had to call them to come and give us the keys.

The location is very accessible and you can walked to the nearby spots around Tbilisi.

I guess the room/facility needs to enhance specially the air condition. It has an annoying sound to the point that you will think someone is trying to get into your room. Anyhow, the overall all stay is good l.

there was store room and window near the stairs which had no lock from inside the room and was not feeling safe as staying with your partner. as we were staying for 5 days no cleaning was done during the 5 days from the room owner.

Centrally located.

Bathroom door is about to fall.

The location is great

No trash box in the room, dirty dishes, bad windows - you can hear everything on the street, not clean room, no soap or shampoo, bad shower, bad bed.
