Very Poor Service on my part

I've been booking with them, and I always find issues with them given prior notice to the property address. I always have to waste so many hours before someone attends.

"Very Nice Apartment. Good Host."

I like the apartment, it was clean, spacious and the ACs were working well. I absolutely love the water pressure. the host was also very helpful.

I didn't like that some of the rooms weren't ensuite and the Internet is slow.
