Had a pleasant stay

They need to make sure they give your the right digital address of the property you will be staying. Although it was around the same location. For security reasons and for other clients who are not familiar with the location to feel comfortable they must adhere to the property address they give you on booking.com

I was told to go to Clifton Court instead because Accra Luxury homes had maintenance going on. When I got there I was told by the security to go to Gallery Apartments instead because he couldn't reach the staff to let me in. I ended up at gallery and they wouldn't let me in till I pay $190 a night. Meanwhile I was confirmed for 3 days to pay a certain amount. The poorest service I have ever had. I have to leave and find another place.

"Good except for the lack of directions and noisy environment."

The property is extremely difficult to locate for the first time. It took us more than 1 hr to locate the place. No sign posts to direct visitors to the place. The property needs to do more to help with location.

No directions to the place. Very noisy environment. Hard to sleep or have online meetings. Persistent noise from the surroundings the whole night.
