The apartment was spacious and clean, and once we arrived at the property, the check-in process was straightforward. The wifi worked well, and the apartment was well-equipped.

The venue did not respond to my request for an airport transfer, and the phone number listed was not working. When my colleagues arrived at the airport, they had to find alternative transportation. The check-in process was an absolute mess. The map location was incorrect, and my colleagues were then directed - at their own expense - to a different set of apartments owned by the company, which had very poor facilities that were not in line with what we had booked and paid for. We had booked four separate rooms, and what they initially offered us would have had two colleagues sleeping in the same bed. This took hours to sort out. Ultimately, where we stayed was a lovely location, but the arrival and check-in process was far below expectations. I would not suggest booking this apartment unless you have been in direct contact with a senior staff member who is coordinating your visit.

Kindly work more on the Wi-Fi and maybe change some toiletries

The space is very large and well done on the inside. It would be ideal for a group or family traveling together. The living room is quite comfortable and the kitchen would be great to cook large meals in.

This space was much farther away from the airport (and everything) than anticipated or advertised. We didn't need this much space and wanted to be closer to other parts of the city. We just didn't know enough about where we were traveling to make a better choice initially.
