Beautiful home with enough rooms to meet our needs. The home felt safe and secure.

Advertised as having 11 beds. There were three bedrooms with one bed each. The couches and chairs in the living rooms did not convert to bed spaces.

The two onsite care takers quickly got us transportation to the airport after the managers who book the house failed to tell us that our airport pickup we scheduled, was cancelled with no notice.

They first canceled our apt supposedly due to maintenance, and then moved us to another location away from the airport ( but wanted to charge us the higher rate of the other apt though this location was cheaper). After arranging airport pick up (they wanted to charge us for though it's offered for free) they were a no-show the next day! They did not communicate that they were not going to pick us up. Claimed to have had maintenance issues with their new Mercedes minivan. Mind you, they had just dropped off previous guests because the caretaker informed us. So we had to scramble to get transportation to the airport to make our flight which we almost missed, due to their non communication. And They gave us a half ass apology. What's interesting is, the night we checked in, the manager rushed over to get payment from us! These people are very unprofessional and disrespectful. The home was blah. The only saving grace is that they have caretakers on the property that care about the guest. The manager and booking staff could care less about the guests , they only care about making sure they get payment. Find some place else to book. Not worth it especially if you want a peaceful stay.
