Functional apartment in a decent location a short walk from the main areas. WiFi was excellent, facilities were good, host offered nice home made wine and decent value home made cooking.

The deposit was no problem but the room inspection at the end is a bit weird. You have to wait while the room is inspected and it all feels a bit odd. We did get our deposit back though.

Thanks Avto for the warm hospitality, I really enjoyed everything. And although the place is a bit far from the sea, the staff service is excellent, they answer all questions and help you. If my friends go to Batumi, I will definitely recommend your place, as the ratio of price and comfort is at a good level ❤

Convenient location reasonably close to the center (15 minutes walking), yet pretty quiet in the evening. The unit was as shown on the pics. Wi-Fi, hot water, kitchenette, everything as expected. Reasonably clean. Meals can be ordered onsite.

It was a small and cozy apartment with an interesting design. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and I enjoyed ordering food from the hosts by the menu a couple of times. It was only once or twice that I used the air conditioning, when it was really hot outside, but mostly I relied on the natural ventilation, and it was cool.

It takes quite a walk to get to the beach, but I was ready for that.

These apartments are PERFECT for younger people. It is truly a good value. The apartment had everything needed: a conditioner, fridge, cutlery, comfortable sofas, toilet paper, salt, shower gel and shampoo, etc. All the facilities were clean and working properly. We could tell the host did a great job cleaning the apartment beforehand. We loved beautiful fresh bedsheets, clean bathroom and kitchen. The host was very friendly, attentive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. We kept the apartment clean, so it wasn't a problem to get our 100 GEL deposit. We were a bit concerned before our stay, since some reviews were not so positive. However, we've come to a conclusion that the authors of these "bad" reviews simply did not read the apartment description thoroughly and expected something that wasn't there in the beginning. ALSO! Please try something from the menu offered at the apartment. Everything is cooked by brother of the director and it's absolutely delicious. Besides, it is not as pricey as other places to eat in Batumi. We tried chicken shashlyk, olivie salad and chicken salad. It was freshly made with love. Please see attached pictures: the salad was decorated exquisitely. We were very happy and honored to be served such a meal. All in all, I strongly recommend this place for a cozy and comfortable stay
