closed fire exits, what we realised during the two days that we were without electricity. no available ski depot although ski depot is in the building

Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bez udziału właściciela. Hotel położony jest w bardzo fajnej lokalizacji. Kilka minut do wyciągu. Przed hotelem można też zaparkować samochód. W mieszkaniu było bardzo ciepło, co w okresie zimowym na pewno jest na plus. Kuchnia była dobrze wyposażona, dzięki czemu przygotowanie posiłków było komfortowe. Mieszkanie całkiem nowe co na pewno było przyjemne w użytkowaniu.

W mieszkaniu brak internetu. Po 2 dniach pobytu i wymiany wiadomości, właścicielka przysłała swojego kolegę o 11 w nocy, który połączył nas z internetem z innego pokoju, którego zasięg był tak słaby, że i tak nie działał. Niestety poduszki na łóżku były tragiczne, nie dało się na nich spać, a kołdra była dużo mniejsza niż poszewka. Zasłona w oknie była zdecydowanie za mała i nie dało się zasłonić całego okna. Skoro prysznic jest nie zamykany, przydało by się aby w łazience był dostępny mop. Ilość żelu pod prysznic i papieru toaletowego na 5 dni pobytu zdecydowanie za mała.

Номер уютный, чистый, с большим балконом и красивым видом. Очень удобная кровать. Расположение на любителя, но и цена ниже чем в Нью Гудаури. В здании продуктовый магазин, через дорогу медпункт с рентгеном. Подъемник в пешей доступности, но не по ровной местности.

Очень сложная связь с управляющими, инструкции по заселению пришлось чуть ли не выпрашивать в день заселения. Нет бокалов, кофе машина есть, но капсулы к ней вы не найдете нигде поблизости. Кастрюля 1 плоская и оч широкая . Ресторанов хороших рядом не нашли .

It was comfortable and there was a supermarket right under the building.

It was a bit far from the slopes and a taxi was a must to move around. The TV could have been more up to date.

The blankets and the bed accessories were nice . Kitchen facility and utensils were excellent

Had some trouble in check in process

- The design of the apartment was nice, the room was spacious, various kitchenware - Good cheap ski rent and Spar in the same building - About 7 minutes for equipped walk to the nearest lift.

- Hot water in the bathroom was just hardly warm all days, which is crucial in the mountain resort. As we were told, it was the common problem in Marshall building with central hot water supply, but it's still a major disadvantage which requires some solution. - No hot tube in the bathroom. - The curtains are falling out of the cornice - The shelves were loosely attached to the wall and dangerously reclined under the weight of microwave oven and other kitchenware (photos attached), I'm sure it's hard to not notice this when you prepare a room for hosting. - The blanket for double bed was single in the double duvet cover. - There was no dishwasher soap and we received it only on the third day (reminded several times) - The stove didn’t work (repaired on the next day). - Although the check-in is indicated from 16:00, it was not prepared by 18:00 and we had to wait outside for the cleaning to be finished.

Warm place, wifi and sparmarket under the hotel

A little bit expensive depending of location

Hot water didn’t heat properly. No luggage storage after check-out, even though lockers were advertised and not working. The location is far from the city center and not accessible without a car.
