Apartment in Marshall Gudauri Project

Apartment is really clean, nice, exactly as you see it in the pictures. good view, warm, place for cook and good facilities. The only thing is that when you dont have a car its little bit inconvenient from down to go up in New Gudauri.

Apartments are okay, but looks tired. The location is good enough, but you will have to walk 10-15 minutes along the road to the ski lift, so you will not be able to walk in ski boots. Thanks to the house manager for helping me solve a number of issues. Also host trying to help me and solve all problems, but read below all the minuses...

CHECK THE COST CAREFULLY. These apartments add 30% of the cleaning fee at the last stage of booking, which makes the total cost of the room higher than other much more better apartments. At the same time, the cleaning is not worth it, the room is ultra small, and the cleaning is of poor quality (see the photo). There are lots of problems with appliances, sockets and shower (see the photo). The Internet did not work almost all the time, the owner did not help much, the Internet started working only after 1.5 days. The kettle in the room had a melted socket, which I didn't notice right away, and when I turned it on, the kettle literally went berserk and almost poured water on my MacBook (for the sake of courtesy, the kettle was changed after a few hours). The shower flows in all directions. The drain in the sink is clogged. There are only 2 shower gels and 2 shampoos in the room, nothing more. The towels are already thin and tired. In short, the room is not worth the money. And the owner refuses to cancel it without delay.

Really lovely warm apartment. Everything worked fine and the bed was comfortable.

It is such a wonderful place to stay! Everything you need is in the apartment, except washing machine, but there is a laundry room in the building. It’s only 5-7 minutes walking to Pirveli lift. And hostess is such a good person and always willing to help!

Had good experience: • Near ski lifts (just use shortcuts, then literally 4 minutes walking). • Restaurant and supermarket with apothecary in the same building. • Good kitchen (though no hood). • Big and comfortable sink (to wash some apparels after skiing).

Nothing major, but for some may be useful: • Utensils are tossed into cupboard, there are no drawers. • Small triangle window cannot be shut tightly, so cold air draft is always there. • No wall socket near left side of the bed, so night reading lamp is just a decoration. • Shower leaks, some pooling over the floor. • Neighbours had a party, so with paper-thin walls we felt like are part of that, you can even hear clearly what's being said.

Room was well designed, all kitchen supplies were available, location was comfortable
