The owner is very helpful and communicative. The place is mostly as described and comfy, and very close to Fabrika, shops and a tube station.

The mattress is squeaky and not that comfortable

Soft comfortable bed.

The bed was loud and squeaky noises. The window next to the bed was very loud to foot traffic, people talking walking by and loud cars passing by. Closing the window securely did little to nothing to ease the noise. The main entrance gate to the street next to the room, slammed closed very loud. The shower is programmed to give exactly only 10 minutes of hot water.
