Location 5 min to metro station, it was warm in winter, the apartment was clean and cozy. There was almost no noise thom ther street at night. A lot of channels in English, Russian and Georgian on TV

The management, the location (access to public transportation and the local shops) and value for money.

Hard to say! For that money it is a very fair place but at no fault of the management, the flat is located in a bit noisy street if someone is sensitive to noise.

Even though we checked in late at night, the host, Vaxo, welcomed us kindly. Since we thought we had paid for our stay in advance, we didn't have any cash to pay but he said it was no problem and drove us to the ATM machine in his car! He was a really kind host. Communication with him via WhatsApp was very quick. He answered my questions about Georgia and Tbilisi with great care, which helped us a lot. The room was very clean and perfect for us. I highly recommend this accommodation. If I go to Tbilisi again, I will definitely stay here.

Great apartment and very responsive host!!! The apartment was very tidy and neat when I arrived, it is small but has everything one needs while travelling. I spent a very good time there. There is a nice yard with the trees and neighbors there were very welcoming to me, one of them even volunteered to show me local shops. The area is also very close to Fabrica where you can find nice bars and coffee places, metro station is located nearby. It was very convenient. The host turned out to be a very caring person, ready to help with everything I needed and even more. He always asked if everything was ok and due to my unexpected circumstances he even offered me to stay for a few more days for free! Really a great person and I am very glad I chose this apartment to stay.

Slightly squeaky bed.

It's located in the city center. Convenient to get to any sightseeing, many cafes around. Not far from the subway. There is a fridge and a microwave. Host is nice and communicative. Good value for money.

The biggest problem is noise. As I said, it's located in city center, first floor - there is nothing yuo can do about the noice. It was difficult for me to get asleep. Also didn't like linens, had some strange allergy for them and was itchy after sleeping. Also we had some miscommunication about the water heater - it turned out the water was cold only because it was partially disabled.
