The Venetian Walls Cosy Apartments

The apartment is in the centre of the city, it's near of everything. Very cosy, clean and spacy. It has everything necessary and it's excellent equipped. We recommend it to everyone and we can't wait to come back! 😊☀️

Putting aside how clean was the place and the good host, the location was quite good.

For me, and this is just a personal opinion, having air-conditioning in the room or even a small fan would help. That said, after a while the room becomes comfortable enough with the lounge AC. Some people might be fine with it as it is.

Away from the main streets, it’s quiet and well-accessible. Communication with the host was perfect. Good value for money.

Some furniture was broken, like the chair in the main bedroom and the sleeping sofa in the living room, and the large charge in the living room. The kitchen needs more things, like pots and pans, and knives, etc. It was difficult to cook, especially because the electric stove is too small for the pots and pans.

Spotlessly clean, really spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, there was a hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and washing machine, plus crockery and cutlery in the kitchen and a lovely clean bathroom. It was a few minutes' walk from the old town, and it felt like a very safe apartment. Tania, the host, was very responsive to messages, although we didn't meet.

The apartment is very close to the Heraklion city center and can easily be reached by taking the bus from the airport. It is very comfortable and the host is extremely helpful and friendly.

This is a very lovely apartment. All in one, esthetic, functional and comfortable. Everything is really near, markets, bus stations.. Perfect location to explore Heraklion . Ammoudara beach is not too far by bus.

Internet connection was bad from time to time. I don't recommend it if you are renting a car, very narrow streets and too few parking spaces.
