Santorini has always been top on my list to visit and when my family went to Europe in December 2023 we wanted to splurge a little for the views, relaxation and comfort. We visited during the off season and it was nice to have no crowds and it really felt like we had the cave house and island to ourselves. Elizabeth, her husband and the rest of the team were very hospitable and we had one of the best (if not, the best) customer service throughout our entire trip and we visited a lot of places and stayed in a lot of accommodation properties. The uniqueness of the cave house was also a great experience and had the best views in the morning and the evening. We only stayed for 2 nights so we didn't manage to do a lot but Elizabeth was so nice and had great recommendations that I wish we had more time to explore. I can really say she cared about her guests and wanted us to have the best time in Santorini. Thank you so much!

There was a weird smell that resembled fishy cat poop but it did fade away (or maybe our noses just got used to it) but there were a lot of cats in Greece in general so it can't be helped. The stairs was also a nightmare as it was on the edge of the Santorini cliffs so it was very difficult for the family of 4 with lots of big, heavy luggages. We knew what we're signing up for in sacrifice for the iconic views but Elizabeth and her team made it a lot easier for us as they helped to and back the property and we're so thankful.

Elizabeth was a very nice and kindness host. She look after us from beginning to end in our journey. We hired a car at airport, Set within the Oia Caldera district in Oia, Menias Cave House has air conditioning, a terrace, and sea views. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, room service and an ATM, along with free WiFi throughout the property

Stunning view, loved our stay. Elizabeth, the property manager was so helpful and answered all our questions. Gave suggestions on tours, restaurants etc.

Our host, Elizabeth was fantastic. I would suggest using her to arrange transports, as she was waiting for us at the ferry and was able to answer all of our questions directly and give us the lay of the land. We also had Elizabeth arrange a private boat charter that exceeded our expectations and was the highlight of our Santorini visit. The house had everything we needed, and everyone was happy with the accomodations.
