Nice, clean, comfortable at really perfect location.

It is right in front of the beach, you can lay down in their beach beds in the garden, it is very convenient. Yo can go in the water and right to your terrace. It has a shower to take out the sun and the salt. The staff is kind and friendly. You can snorkel near the rocks. There's free parking right next to the place.

The sofa bed for the kids was a bit too hard , but kids can sleep on a rock ;)

My girlfriend and I, both 26 years old, have recently returned home from a lovely week-long vacation at Laia. We present this comprehensive review to offer our thoughts on the experience. Summary: Laia and her mother are truly exceptional hosts. Their property sits uniquely at the beachfront of Agia Pelagia, making it one of the very few in the bay. From their outstanding hospitality and attentive service to their genuine kindness, Laia and her mother stand out as hosts. The Rooms: The rooms are furnished in a cozy Scandinavian style. With only a few rooms available, the property offers a serene and secluded atmosphere, shielding guests from the occasional busyness of the beachfront. The Area: To our pleasant surprise, the entire beach area of Agia Pelagia is quieter than we initially anticipated. The beach and water are immaculately clean, and the bay features a mix of traditional Greek restaurants and a few establishments with international menus. Extra: Laia's reputation as an exceptional host is well-deserved, exemplified by the following instances: We traveled with another couple of friends who couldn't secure one of Laia's 5 rooms, we kindly asked if we could use the private sunbeds at her property to be together. Laia agreed, providing them free of charge, as long as no other guests were utilizing them. On the day of our departure, Laia generously allowed us to use our room throughout the entire day without any extra charges, and our friends were permitted to store their luggage there as well. On a particularly hot day, Laia's mother thoughtfully brought us all a bottle of ice-cold water and glasses, displaying their genuine care for their guests' comfort.A small kind gesture. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at Laia's. It is a tranquil and welcoming place with well-appointed rooms, stylish furnishings, and the added treat of an amazing sunrise every morning from the comfort of the bed.

Our flight was delayed and we arrived after 11pm. The host’s cousin awaited us at the apartments and was very helpful and kind

Fabulous location right outside the beach woth supermarkets and restaurants, extremely helpful friendly and personable host in Laia, Just a note- its quite a small little village perfect for sunbathing and chilling by the small beach. A car would be helpful for any further explorations! Would have loved a more updated kitchen (espa proper stove would be nice!) but we still managed perfectly well with what was available.. Can only say- Thank you Laia 👌 and her amazing family!

Everything was perfect! Laia is very kind and helpful, apartment is incredible - very modern, new and clean. The sea and the beach are right in front of you. The garden with a sea view is absolute perfection - flowers, umbrellas, shower, it is very comfortable to chill there.
