Laia Seafront Luxury Apartments

We stayed for two amazing nights in August 2024 and it was a dream come true! I don’t know how this hidden gem managed to stay this long under the radar. The hospitality the staff showed us and the heartfelt care from Laia herself is the true embodiment of Cretan hospitality. If you’re going to Agia Pelagia, then Laia’s apartments cannot be missed. We will be back for sure - thanks for everything 🤗

My husband and my children stayed for 4 days. We all relaxed and were able to enjoy each one in our own style. Laia's house is fantastic and very suitable for families. Every detail of the apartments and the garden is designed so that guests can rest and enjoy their stay in Agia Pelagia. The apartment really is luxurious, with cleaning service, towels, kitchen, renovated shower, very comfortable beds, air conditioning and the best sea view you could wish for. It is so close to the sea that you can hear the sound of the waves from the main bed. Laia is great, friendly and very attentive. She cares about her guests and is an excellent host. Agia Pelagia is located 30 minutes from Heraklion where you can buy groceries if you want to cook but Laias Apartments is located next to different restaurants with very good typical Greek food and also international food such as pizza, pasta, hamburgers. The best of all was enjoying Laia's garden under the shade of an umbrella and sleeping listening to the sound of the sea.

Everything was amazing.

The host, Laia, was very friendly and always accesible if you needed something. The room was steps from the beach. Restaurants lined the seashore and there was a little area filled with stores, mini markets etc. The room was large with a nice bathroom. We had a small balcony where you could sit and just relax. There's parking nearby.

Very kind and warm welcome. We liked the design of the apartment, romantic will all the comforts, but first of all the view of the sea from the large window and balcony is stunning! The service is great, the daily clean and reorder of the apartment was perfect. Very useful and comfortable the area in front of the house with umbrella and bench at our disposal. Everything close to a beautiful sea, bar and restaurants, a dream place to be!

Our Stay at Laia's was 10/10. Laia is super helpful and very friendly and gave us gorgeous gifts when we were leaving. The junior suite/ one bed apartment is gorgeous. Tastefully decorated with every thing you need. Coffee machine, fridge and hot plate. The views of the sea and beach from the terrace are breathtaking. We loved the private outdoor space to relax in. Laia's is right beside the beach, supermarkets and some lovely restaurants. We will definitely be back to stay. We had an amazing week!

Everything was perfect

I loved everything about this place, the design, the view, the location.

It was a lovely spacious, modern, comfortable and clean apartment right on the beachfront with balcony where we could enjoy the view. It had everything we needed including coffee machine, hairdryer, towels . The location is excellent right on the most beautiful beach with supermarket and restaurants right there. Laia was very helpful and friendly if we needed anything. We didn’t want to leave.
