Host was excellent and very prompt to our request.

Location. Very central location walking distance to all the main attractions of thessaloniki. Food options. Good food options just below the apartment. Owner. Owner was responsive in answering questions.

Noise. Loud music plays till 3am, making it hard to fall asleep. Mosquitoes. Many many mosquitoes and bugs flying in the room - netted windows/ insect killers would have been nice. Aircon. The aircon for my room was broken making the room hot and stuffy. Unsanitary. Toilet was dirty especially in the shower area and behind the toilet bowl. Things like the kettle and hair dryer were dusty.

Good location lots of bars around.

Upon arrival the key wasn’t there (there was an open lockbox) - we were then provided a key with pliers to let ourselves in to the property. Property owner had said he would come to provide us with extra keys the day which he did not he only messaged us after we reached out to him a Upon entering the room we noticed a large amount of mould and electrical sockets away from the wall. The bathroom was full of mould and the shower hung over the toilet. We had to leave the next day due to this. Pics advertised must have been before all the mould and damp. Tried to get money for the days we did not stay but the owner did not want to refund this so having to do a review. Unfortunate as the room had good reviews and if the mould and damp wasn’t present I would have been happy to stay at the property.

dirty bathroom, mould on walls and in the majority of the bathroom(I'm allergic to fungi so it was very unpleasant for me). Dust on the floors next to the bed. Additionally - stained comforters, I don't know with what, we decided to not use them.

Great location for sights, restaurants, and transport. Spacious. Well-equipped. Very good value for money.

Noisy weekend nights, due to the nearby bars. Cramped bathroom.
