Apartment requires freshening up (painting, touch ups in general).

Great location - lots of cool bars and cafes nearby. Also close to Kopani market. Many tourist locations within easy walking distance. Comfortable apartment, good price, very helpful and flexible management. Everything I was looking for. Nice balcony.

A bit noisy on a Friday and Saturday night, but that's part of the great location.

Location was good. Close to monuments, bars and restaurants, only a few minutes walk to the sea promenade.

Luckily we only stayed for 2 nights. I don't know why the rating is so good, because besides the good location, the studio was a total mess. Overlooking the dated furniture, everything was dirty. The walls, the chairs, the fridge, the towels (a sort of white turned into grey) and especially the bed. We had to buy towels because it was impossible to use them. The mattress was stained and the sheet was wron out and had holes in it. The pillows were horrendous. The air conditioning was leaking so the bathroom floor was covered with water. My conclusion: a big disappointment.
