Cozy room in Old Tbilisi, in front of Wine Factory

This is the best room I have stayed in Tbilisi over the past few years. Great location. Very nice and polite owner. Reacts instantly to bookings and actively responds to messages. The apartment is very clean, there is a large communal kitchen with everything you need. You can also use the washing machine and iron your clothes. The room has a comfortable bed, high-quality bed linen and towels, disposable toothbrushes, slippers and shower products. I recommend this apartment!!!

Good place. The Host is hospitalet and friendly . Clear and cozy room. Thanks host for parking in inside yard.

A little bit noisy, because there are many night bars nearly named wine factory place

it's really cozy and quite place in the city centre, about 7-8 minutes by walk to subway station, 2-3 min to a supermarket. Good soundproofing between rooms and common hall/kitchen, kitchen is equipped enough

Very friendly host and housekeeping lady. There is a possibility to use the washing machine, which is awesome.

The host asked us to pay immediately, causing us to change money in the nearest exchange and we lost some money on this.
