Cozy room in Old Tbilisi, in front of Wine Factory

I was able to rent this place kinda last minute when I found out the first place I rented through another platform was very uncomfortable. I did not know what to expected and I was very happy when I arrived in my bedroom. It felt like I was in a hotel. Everything was very clean, the shower was awesome, AC working perfectly, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I had access to free bottles of water through my stay and the kitchen had everything I needed. Communication was really easy too. I totally recommend this place!

I guess am out of shape, but I think it is important to say that the place is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. It wasn't hard to go up, but sometimes I was just tired haha. No big deal though. Still fully worth it.

The owner was very attentive and helped with everything! I had some problems with my luggage and he kindly helped me and took care of everything. This apartment is located in the very center of Tbilisi, close to excellent restaurants, interesting tourist sites. It was very convenient for me and my daughter to get to the places we needed. We really liked our room, it was cozy and comfortable. Lovely interior details made the apartment even more attractive. Many times I rented other apartments in different places in Tbilisi, but most of all I liked the location of this apartment.

Everything was fine, I liked staying there. I don't think any improvements are needed! I was lucky to find this place. Next time I will definitely stay there.

First of all, we were very happy about the location and how accessible it was to the main parts of the city. We were pleased about the high level of cleanliness and provision of all basic necessities. The room we had was cozy (as per description) and looked as it did in the pictures. We felt comfortable throughout our stay. The owner is professional and communicative. If we visit the city again, we will surely look into staying here again.

If you are sensitive to occasional restaurant music noise, the owner has rooms which face the opposite direction. For us, this wasn’t so much an issue.

I really appreciate facilities and all service. There were all useful things which you needed (toothbrush and paste, slippers, gel and shampoo, even threads and needles in the kitchen). Washing machine and dryer with washing powder in special place, very strong wi-fi and very hopeful and polite host. Mattress and pillow were good too, very clean linen and all cleanliness in the room.

I would like to add just microwave in the kitchen and more reasonable price for staying (but it's the same situation in whole Tbilisi in generally)

Friendly and helpful host. Ease of access, location, condition of the room - all was great. A century-old chair to sit on in the room? Sign me up!

Good communication with the host, free washing machine use, unlimited bottled water in the fridge, strong WiFi, a lot of restaurants right under the windows (no noise though)
