Exceptionally clean and cozy. Tamar is a very attentive host as well. The view from my window was amazing.

Everything was great💫 The location is very convenient, there is a magestic view from the windows of the appartment. Taliko the host is simply brilliant-always ready to respond on time and to assist with any requests the guests and especially, first time visitors might have. The perfect value for money. Will definitely stay at this property on our next visit to Mestia.

Tamara is amazing, always available and helps a lot in any questions appear, always in good mood and very positive vibe, her cakes are very tasty 😋 we loved and enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Tamara (host) is very friendly. Street side apartment has a lovely view. Private parking.

Furniture is not good (old and uncomfortable), mattresses are very hard, apartment gets warm during the day, opening windows lets in lots of very loud road noise. Some spots were dirty (dusty and grimey).

Cleanness

Photos of accommodation are nicer than reality is, entrance is a bit strange. We chosen it for washing machine and it was not included (the host offered me her own). Wi-Fi is poor.

Location is not in city center area

I like the property equipment, the location was not bad-not far from the center of town, near the apartment is restaurant with good food and suitable prices . the hostess Tamara was pleasant and immediately reacted to our requests.

Sometimes were small problems to park the car . bad sound insulation and very creaky floors. the mattresses are sold and it was inconvenient to sleep
