Svaneti Apartment's - Cozy Mountain Apartments in Mestia

Very nice and responsive host. We had a small issue with toilet constantly flushing and she was able to promptly rectify it. We only stayed for one night - it was still nice to have a kitchen and a living room.

Decor is a little dated and the reviews from the living room are to the car park and from the bedroom to the main road with some mountain views (so not the best for Mestia). But otherwise we had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

We stayed in the apartment with the red sofa and multicolored kitchen backsplash. The apartment is on the ground floor with approximately six steps in the outer stairwell. The apartment is on the back of the building, overlooking the parking lot and hill across the river. Bonus, there is a laundry line outside the bedroom window (for the host's use) that we used when they weren't. Note, this is the only apartment without a table and it currently has a furnace with a red chair where the gold one is and it is in the bedroom. The pictures also show a microwave in the kitchen which is not in the apartment - we did not feel this was deceiving as it's not on the amenities listing. The apartment has an electronic stovetop which we confirmed however, we discovered upon arrival that it only has one burner. There is a larger pot and frying pan, spatula & spoon, and knives & cutting board for cooking. The shower had sufficient water pressure and was hot, both in the morning and evening. The host, Tamara, is very friendly and readily available for any questions. We liked the location, it only took us 10 minutes to walk from the apartment to Credo Bank. The couch was very comfortable and did not show signs of wear. The bed was okay, it has a topper on the mattress which was malleable like a duvet as opposed to a solid foam piece. The apartment was very clean.

Items to note: the floor creaks quite a bit so if one person is a light sleeper, it will probably disturb them if the other person is walking around. The living room window is smaller than the bedroom one, the LR always felt a little dark. The washer leaked, we told Tamara so hopefully, it will be fixed soon. We had problems with the wifi as it was a poor signal. We have Magti sims and it was slightly slower than other places in Georgia (expected, due to the location) so we were surprised to experience such a difference to the apartment's wifi. Pages struggled to load and we often gave up trying to use it. We would stay again but probably in a different apartment to have a table and more light and accept that we'd have limited wifi.

We liked everything about the flat. Spotless clean, comfortable and very convenient. The host was very pleasant and friendly, (offered us goodies). We recommend.

Tamara is very welcoming and speaks some English. The apartment is renovated and excellent for a couple or even a kid. Working kitchen with all needed utensils.

Not so close to the town centre, the bed is a bit hard. Otherwise is perfect.

My stay here was incredible. Large, clean and cozy apartment with all the required furniture and fittings!! The host was very nice and supportive. Will come back again :-)

Some of the kitchen utensils (eg.:- non-stick pans were scratched) were not in the condition of cooking and if these could be replaced with healthy items, the stay would have been perfect.
