Отличное расположение. Всё в шаговой доступности. Лучше не бывает. Большая однокомнатная квартира, можно разместить человек 5 спокойно. Есть всё для проживания.

Чуть посветлее бы в ванной, на кухне и прихожей. Не хватало микроволновки.

Месторасподожение и нпличие парковки

Отключили свет с ним же и пропало отопление и горячая вода.Как обьяснил хозяин была поломка в городе.
