Sayat Nova Apartments

Very nice apartment with full facility for a budgeted stay, very near to peace of bridge and city..50mtr only..

The only plus for staying here this is the location, and yet it is on the top of a slope so it is not even great if you have physical challenges

The hosts never showed up in person. Connecting with them from the start to collect the keys was a challenge. The main bedroom in the apartment is without an AC. They do no accept cards but hustle you on arrival for payment. Promised free parking but then just washed off hands. Whenever you put up an issue on Whatsapp-only comms, they will just ignore it. But when it comes to demanding a quick response for payment or getting you checked out, they can immediately be prompt in pushing. Couple of maintenance issues also, they could not resolve quickly.

The location is perfect as it was located in old town, right in the back of Tbilisi sign. Not a hassle if you are joining group tour as the meet up location is just a stone throw away. The apartment is complete w/ basic amenities and clean. But who needs to cook if the neighborhood is full of local restaurants ranging from cheap to expensive ones. The owner also waited us until we checked in. I would definitely go back if ever I’m traveling back to Tbilisi w/ some friends.
