Sayat Nova Apartments

The first and most important aspect for booking was the location, and it didn't dissappoint. Easily able to walk to all the main attractions Tbilisi has to offer, and within walking distance from all the tour companies to access the rest of the country. As for the apartment, it was clean, fully stocked with anything you need (including a washing machine), and nice and quiet. The hostess was very attentive and willing to offer suggestions and help even late at night. Really a nice base to enjoy Tbilisi.

One of the biggest negatives is we didn't feel secured in the stay. It is a individual building complex with 3 separate houses.. no one was there inside anything and in one property we saw the tv running but never saw even a single person.. even the coordinator never came due to her personal reasons which made us feel unsecured.. the door has a big glass with a screen which can be easily break in...

An EPIC Location! 😍 Its in the heart of tourist attractions in old town. Everything was walking distance. Various restaurants around the area. The apparent itself was comfortable and cozy. Well equipped. The host was amazing, she always check your comfort, give advices and very hospitable. Highly recommended🇬🇪

There was a bit of a smell in the toilet occasionally but it was fine. A microwave oven will complete its kitchen :)

Room is very spacious and have all necessary utensils. Above all hotel is in prime location, and well connected, you can get cab or car any time. Also host Inga is very generous, polite and kind hearted, I strongly recommend this apart hotel.

Great place for staying over the weekend. Location is awesome, as it is close to many bars, restaurants etc. At the same time place is very quiet so night life is not a problem. Also price is very good and owner is easy to reach :)
