Gerekos Island Apartments

Typical Greek property, good sized apt, amazing swimming pool set in beautiful gardens, lovely views, near beach, exptremely pleasant helpful proprietors.

Not possible to improve proximity to busy duel carriageway that had to be crossed to get the bus to Corfu Town or (very good) supermarket. Traffic lights at our end were broken so highly unpleasant 10 min trek long narrow pavement necessary to next set and 10 mins back to supermarket - repeated once shopping done!

Amazing pool & fabulous pool bar/café (when it was open). The room was comfortable & everyone was very friendly. Easy walking distance to a nice little beach & several different restaurants plus a small market. We had a very relaxing stay.

It would have been helpful to have the opening hours of the pool bar posted (or consistently followed). We originally understood it was open every day from 9am - 8pm, but it was rainy a couple of days & it seems like they just decided not to open… It was hard to find staff to talk to in person, but I guess we could have tried on the Booking.com messaging system sooner.

Beautiful tranquil place to unwind! Has a small cafe/bar on site but closes early & refuses to sell "breakfast stuff" after midday 😅 Would benefit from better food options, although it was nice.... I wanted to try some home cooked traditional Greek cuisine! However, there is a lovely fish restaurant 1min away & restaurant by the beach which is just around the corner.... but all in all, a lovely place to stay. Staff were really welcoming & there are kittens & cats to pet till your heart is content 🥰 apartments are lovely & clean. Not modern, but still nice! pool is lovely & clean... hammock to relax in & views of the marina. Its not far from the airport & just the right place to escape to if you need that!

Nice quiet place near the beach and good restaurant. Transport to town is easy.

Beautiful pool and gardenarea. they played mellow loungemusic instead of eurodisco which was really nice for a change. The food and drinks were nice. we tried most of the food on the menu and can not complain on anything. Nice people who run the place.

The wifi could have been better. The beds are a bit hard but we think they are hard allover Greece so no different to other places we have stayed in Greece.
