Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης με πολλά μέρη για να διασκεδάσεις και να κάνεις την βόλτα σου. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενικός και σήκωσε απευθείας το τηλέφωνο επειδή δεν κατάλαβα πως να πάρω το κλειδί. Υπήρχαν πολλές πετσέτες, σεντόνια και σκεπάσματα γενικά.

Είναι ημιυπόγειο σε μία παλιά και βρώμικη οικοδομή η οποία είχε πολλά σκουπίδια σε ένα ακάλυπτο χώρο με τον οποίο επικοινωνεί και το παράθυρο του μπάνιου. Το διαμέρισμα πολύ βρώμικο σε όλα τα δωμάτια. Ειδικά για παιδιά δεν νομίζω ότι είναι το καλύτερο. Επίσης απορώ γιατί δεν μπορούσα να μπω στο δωμάτιο πιο νωρίς από τη στιγμή που δεν νομίζω να καθάρισε κανένας.

Чисто, зручно, можна сміливо бронювати на довше перебування.

Ich bin selbst Gastgeber und wirklich schockiert! Nicht schlimm, dass kein Wasser im Kühlschrank bei der Ankunft stand – aber die Küche war einfach ekelhaft dreckig. Auf dem Boden lag sogar der Rauchmelder. Zum Glück war er schon vorher heruntergefallen und nicht auf meinen Kopf. Im Badezimmer: überall Haare vom vorherigen Gast, Kalk an den Armaturen – da wurde seit Ewigkeiten nicht richtig geputzt. In einem Schlafzimmer gibt es zwei Steckdosen direkt am Bett, im anderen ist die Steckdose weiter entfernt. Außerdem befindet sich die Wohnung im Keller. Zusätzlich stimmt die angegebene Adresse nicht. Ich kann dieses Apartment leider nicht weiterempfehlen. I am a host myself and I was really shocked! It’s not a big deal that there was no water in the fridge upon arrival – but the kitchen was simply disgustingly dirty. The smoke detector was lying on the floor. Luckily, it had already fallen before I arrived, otherwise it could have hit me on the head. In the bathroom: hair everywhere from the previous guest, limescale on the fittings – it hasn’t been cleaned properly in ages. In one bedroom there are two sockets next to the bed, but in the other the socket is further away. Also, the apartment is located in the basement. On top of that, the given address is incorrect. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this apartment. Ja sam takođe domaćin i iskreno sam bio šokiran! Nije strašno što nije bilo vode u frižideru kada sam stigao – ali kuhinja je bila užasno prljava. Detektor dima je ležao na podu. Sreća pa je već ranije pao, a ne da meni padne na glavu. U kupatilu: svuda dlake od prethodnog gosta, kamenac na slavinama – očigledno nije čišćeno već dugo vremena. U jednoj sobi postoje dve utičnice pored kreveta, a u drugoj je utičnica udaljena. Pored toga, apartman se nalazi u podrumu. Dodatno, navedena adresa nije tačna. Nažalost, ne mogu da preporučim ovaj apartman.

Die Lage ist super! Die Wohnung ist recht groß. Nette Gastgeber.

Es war leider nicht komplett sauber (Haare in der Dusche). Die Wohnung ist eher dunkel (Souterrain) wie auch die Badezimmerbeleuchtung und die im Hausflur.

Výborná lokalita v centru města, všechny pamětihodnosti jsou k dosažení pěšky. byt je vybaven vším potřebným, je čistý, udržovaný, ideální pro 1 až 2 noci.

Mírným nedostatkem je poloha bytu v polosuterénu. Jinak vše o.k.

Location was good

It was not clean at all, the shower cabin was covered with mold inside. The apartment was located in the basement and it was never mentioned in the description.
