Good location, close to multiple city attractions. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants are all in 3min walk. Apartment was clean, it had everything what is needed from one apartment, kitchen equipped, a lot of towels, additonal pillows,etc.. Check in and check out are super easy and fast, there is a key box in front of the building.

Personally I can say that I was not expecting that this flat would be in the basement. It is well equipped,furnished and etc, AC is working but still the information that it is a basement I received after booking and paying for. Maybe is ky mistake and it is somewhere written. Also due to the fact that it is the city center, parking would be a great plus, I needed to park at city hall parking of Thessaloniki which is around 1.5-2km far in one direction but I know that in Thesaaloniki parking is a hige problem and streets are quite narrow, especially for SUV so can not complain too much.

Great apartment in a perfect location in the center of Thessaloniki, easy access to all interesting places. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The apartment is comfortable and clean, the host immediately answers any questions and is very helpful.

Very nice accommodation. Clean room, very good size. Convenient location; bakery is nearby and lunch/dining options too; the promenade are in walking distance. Enjoyed the stay.

We stayed one night at this property, attracted by the lower price and its proximity to the city center. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and we wouldn’t choose it again. The main issue was cleanliness – or rather, the lack of it. The bathroom and kitchen were dirty, the floor hadn’t been cleaned, and the apartment felt poorly maintained. The apartment is located in a basement and lacks proper ventilation. The air inside was heavy and difficult to breathe, which made the stay very uncomfortable. We left the place sweating, even though the weather outside was mild. We would not return to this accommodation. A message to the host: offering a rental property in such unsanitary conditions is unacceptable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and in this case, it was entirely missing.

Very good location - close to the center, attractions. The rooms have everything you need. The owners are kind and explain very well. At the entrance it says 6A, don't look for number 8.
