Average. Nothing special, based on the photos it’s not the same. In the photos looks much better than it is in reality. It’s a bit expensive for what it offers.

Views from the 2nd floor Sheets were clean but towels were thin and scatchy

Everything was dated - not clean. I chose it on previous reviews and can't understand how our room was so bad. Floor was so dirty I had to sweep and mop twice when we got there. It was so dirty that the water in the mop bucket had to be changed twice. Crumbs and hair everywhere . This was long term uncleanliness as hair was in balls and in several corners of apartment stuck under legs of furniture. Ants in kitchen area Toilet leaking onto floor at base Kettle broken. Hot plates rusted and unusable. Some mugs stained and cutlery dirty, especially cutting knife had food and long term rust and stains TV wasn't working. Husband got it going after tuning it. A/C made clicking noises throughout night. Asked for blanket - received one for single bed that didn't cover us both. Two elderly people running the hotel -didnt ask during our how stay was going despite seeing us several times, only at time of check out. - they didn't know how to work the payment by card. Only wanted cash. Didn't provide a receipt, even when asked. Could wait to leave this accommodation.

I booked accommodation at this hotel because we really like the location. We are in love with Vasiliki beach. For us, it's a 2-star hotel, and you can't ask for too much. We stayed from August 31 to September 2, 2024, and paid 154 euros. Advantages: The location and the view are what convinced me, the terrace is very large, even larger than the room itself, the bed linens were very clean, which was a plus. There was also a kitchenette with some utensils, so you could prepare a small breakfast.

Disadvantages: There were ants (this should be improved, I know they come from outside, but you could provide an ant spray for this), In the bathroom, there were limescale marks in the shower tray, so more work is needed on cleanliness. Overall, it was okay considering the price we paid, but there's room for improvement. Have a nice day!
