Right across from the beach with tons of restaurants around, the location is unbeatable. The room is clean and spacious Kitchen is well equipped.

Sound isolation is a little poor

Family run, great size, excellent location on the corner overlooking the bay. Close to the supermarket, cafe, and wide sandy beach. 50 metres each. The bay is protected, and the water is clear. We had a wide corner balcony, which was perfect. A 1klm walk along the bay took you to the old town more shops and cafes on the old waterfront, it was lovely. A walk up the hill took you to another small pebbly beach.

Sadly, this 2009 built property has not had an upgrade, and it is showing it. Rust, I assume, from the salt air was evident on the fridge and stove. The shower was stained with something. There were broken handles on the wardrobe, the curtains were hanging off the rings, and the pillows were lumpy. I think they rely on the location and don t do the small things to bring it up to scratch. The pictures on the site were I think also from 2009.

The host was very nice and kind. I”d talk to her forever. The location is the best!

The staff were very polite. The rooms are very big and enough for even 5 people. There is a great view of the beach and it is in a perfect location near the beach and restaurants.

When we arrived at the property the owner advised that due to family illhealth they were not accepting guests. We then had to make other arrangements for accommodation

Perfect and quite location for touring the wonderful island of Lefkada,staying in south you can choose to go towards east or west beaches,just in front of the house you have the very nice Vasiliki sandy beach,owners are very kind and available for anything you might need,the lady Dina present us fresh eggs from her chickens,Johanna the daughter in law gave us the best apartment of the house,large and comfortable,with a wonderful terrace and a faboluos view on the Vasiliki bay
