The property is at prime location and near to sun set point and sunrise is visible from the balcony. Absolute stunning location

Property is as per the description. The setting is cave bedroom. Note that while property is great, it has some shortcomings. Property manager Elizabeth requested not to dispose toilet papers in commode, which causes lots of hygene issues. Next because the bedroom is cave settings, the room has lot of moisture content. Even though there is de humidifier, the propertybhas some constant odour. The de humidifier competes with Aircon for room temperature whichbis challenging. The property is perfectly situated for sun rise and very close to sun set and prime location blue dome is next door.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Elizabeth and her team ensured we had everything we needed, including our transportation to and from the accommodation. The accommodation itself was quite spacious (2 adults) with 2 bathrooms (we didn't realise there was a hidden bathroom behind the bed). The main bathroom has the best view of any bathroom I have ever had the pleasure of using! The jacuzzi was warm and relaxing, the balcony has an amazing view! The stairs leading from the main footpath is a little steep, I wouldn't recommend to anyone with mobility issues. The accommodation is located in a very popular area, with many people peeking over the little fence up the top to get photo's of the view, but we still felt quite private. We could walk anywhere in Oia very easily. Thank you so much to Elizabeth and her team for looking after us, prior to arrival to the time we were dropped off at the ferry to leave. Oia truly is magnificent (although very busy) We highly recommend Opsis Cave House if you are thinking of staying in central Oia!

Small space and value

Location, location, location! Property was as described by word and photos. Staff were available and helpful when we had questions or requests.

Not an issue for us - but the outside staircase from the gate to the front door is very steep and may pose problems for those with mobility issues or those with small children.

In a word, paradise. Loved our time here, it was everything we had hoped for. Elizabeth and staff were amazing. We couldn’t have had a better start to our holiday.

Great support from the property manager Elizabeth! We could rely on her for everything. Private jacuzzi made us refresh whenever we want during our stay. Very good location in Oia for accessing amazing view points. Blue dome can be directly seen from the property.

One of shower rooms did not drain well, but the other one worked.

The Host! Elisa is the best, she communicated with me almost a week before through Whats App. She met us at the airport for and extra fee but made it so easy, had someone to help with luggage, even when we got to the property cars are not allowed all the way inside but she had arranged for someone to take our luggage. Everyone she hired for us was very efficient and friendly. When I had questions she answered in less than a minute. Recommendations for food were great. She also made reservations for us.

One thing that I do want to make clear is that the You can see the moon rise but the sun sets on the other side. The view is still Gorgeous, we walked 1 minute to catch the sunset and we also took a boat tour that allowed us to view the sunset. I was still very happy with the location. Cruise Ships do drop off people in Oia and it gets crowded but the cave house makes is nice because you cannot hear any noise, just avoid walking the caldera during that time.

Host was very helpful. Open and plentiful communication after booking with recommendations and additional information. Met us at the port and arranged transfer to Oia. Open communication. Included breakfast was a surprise and a great addition. Location is absolutely amazing. Private doorway off the main street down to our terrace. Beautiful!
