Great location , very centre of Oia , killer view from the terrace! Nice outdoor jacuzzi and big rooms( two restroom and two shower)! Very helpful staff !!!

Nothing ! The umbrella in the front is bit blocking the view from the jacuzzi but not a big issue :)

Gorgeous views. Great location. Excellent breakfast and staff. We had problems w wifi connection, but they were very responsive and fixed it.

the location in Oia was amazing with a lovely view of the blue domes and sea. The service was great, with people to help us with luggage, delivering a wonderful breakfast you can pre-order! Elisampeta was so helpful, from clarifying concerns to booking horseback riding and a great cruise for us!

The jacuzzi wasn’t too warm and the Wi-Fi was weak, but they fixed both when we asked about it. It’s also rather humid/damp, so make sure not to track water inside/crumple up wet towels, since it may attract insects. It also wasn’t made clear to us that cleaning was every two days, and not daily.

Stunning compact cave with exceptional view from verandah and hot tub. Two toilets and showers and small kitchen perfect for breakfast packed lunches and snacks. Absolutely loved our time here and would thoroughly recommend.

We loved everything but something to note is that 1. Steps down are steep so not good for small children or folk with mobility problems 2. Beautifully compact so not spacious 3. The most private cave house we saw but still it close to other verandahs and you could have noisy neighbours. 4. Regular daily cleaning by lovely staff means daily visits even if you're relaxing in the tub and may include a dog .

Our flight was delayed so we arrived late, but Mate was there to meet us and helped us with our luggage. The sunrise view from the terrace was magnificent (you just need to wake up early).

The staff (Mattheo & Elizabeth) were amazing and ready to assist with anything. They arranged for airport transfer and met us to carry our bags down the harrowing stairs. The patio is everything and more than the pictures show. The cave bedroom gave us the best sleep because it was so dark and quiet. Oia is unbelievable and truly the most beautiful and picturesque place I’ve ever been to. I’m still happy we chose to visit even in the down season as we were able to see everything without a million other visitors but do be aware there are very few dining options in Oia. For dinner plan on taking a transfer to one of the other cities and then there are quite a few good options. Lotsa and Hungry Donkey were the only places that we saw consistently open, there were a few more at random times each day.

These might be items typical to Greece that we Americans weren’t used to but the hot tub wasn’t quite as hot as expected. So with the cool temps at night it didn’t get quite hot enough to enjoy in the evenings. Also between the hot tub and open showers we definitely could have used more towels but honestly we never asked for more so that probably could have been fixed.

The location and the place itself. It is so beautiful with a view of the caldera! The manager is very accommodating, we arrived late and she waited for us.
