PENNY LUXURY APARTMENTS

Great location and fantastic views of the town and Lemonakia beach from the balcony of our top floor apartment. Dimitris, our host was very welcoming and provided a light lunch with local wine on our arrival. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Pool was lovely to swim in and never busy.

Excellent property. We had a few windy days so headed to the south of the island, which was very calm.

Nice new apartment, great views, very clean and central. Nice pool, parking, and the wonderful host Dimitri was so lovely.

The apartment was very hot, it may need insulation. The air-conditioner was set, and on sensors, it turned off as soon as you opened a door. It meant you had to sit in the heat to wait for it to cool down, rather than sit on the balcony with the view.

Location was amazing overlooking the two best beaches in Samos. The accommodation was totally renovated very tastefully and there was so much space. View sensational and the best pool ever. Great place for families or couples. Affordable but luxury.

Air conditioning

Demitri was a wonderful host! He was welcoming, helpful and accommodating for our large group. The air conditioner in our apartment was recently updated so it also featured in the lounge room, not just the bedroom, which was a nice surprise! The location was amazing, right near the wonderful Lemonakia beach (but I would recommend hiring a car if staying at this property). The pool was large, very clean and had an amazing view of the beach.

It was hard to fault this property! The shower pressure was a little bit weak if others were using another shower at the same time, but this is no fault of the property.

great place in an excellent location. the host was very nice and helpful. great pool and Kokkari is a nice village with many good restaurants. also great windsurfing
