The view when the cars weren’t parked. The breakfast articles that had been supplied. Local to most things but a car is a must for this property. Loved having the kittens about. Faulty toaster was replaced immediately. Would recommend the upstairs appartements if I stopped again. Maybe the AC concern isn’t applicable in the apartments upstairs?

The rooms weren’t cleaned often enough, twice in 6 days. AC only in the bedroom, even in October the lounge was very hot. Lack of privacy when eating on the patio. No hook for the shower. Uncomfortable sofa bed.

Excelent location and very nice apartment, very clean. The host Dimitris was so friendly and nice, we would definitly recommend this apartments!

Where do I start? First maybe the view, even if your apartment is on the ground floor, you enjoy the most beautiful view of Kokkari, beach Lemonakia on your left hand side and Kokkari village on your right. The view is breathtaking. Our apartment was spacious for 3 adults, very clean, kitchen was equipped with everything you would need for breakfast and preparing appetizers (pans, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, a kettle and toaster, stove), and we enjoyed our large balcony during afternoon drinks and breakfast. They have 2 very sweet baby kittens in the property too, so they may pay a visit to your balcony :) We have enjoyed the pool in the morning just before we leave for the beach, the water is from the mountains and you feel the difference to the ordinary pools. Even though the pool you share with other 5 apartments, you catch almost the whole pool empty for yourself. We have been to the Lemonakia Beach and Tsamadou Beach often, these are the best beaches on the island. The water and the nature is so pure that you can hardly leave the place before sunset. Both beaches are only 10 minutes walking distance from the property, just ask Dimitrios for the short cut (you need to find the stairs going down and it will shorten your walk). Last but not least, Dimitrios was the sweetest host! He shared his own wine and lunch with us, gave us the tips for the best local restaurants in the area and organized our taxi needs. He even gave us a gift, which allows us to have a piece of Kokkari with us at every meal :) I am very grateful for his hospitality and kindness and would definitely go there again next year for a longer stay.

There is not a thing that I didn't like! I should have booked the property at least for 5 nights, spending 2 nights was simply not enough. It's very hard to leave this place. If you plan to stay longer, plan and book in months advance, it can be hard to find an apartment for a longer stay (+5 days), as the property has a lot of recurring customers from earlier years.
