A wonderful place! Equipped with everything you need. Very clean! Right in the city center. Excellent host.

It has a perfect location and the inside design was amazing. The facilities were working properly and everything was smooth.

The elevator was a bit small but didn’t really affect our stay.

Great location with an amazing view. The host is very responsive and polite.

We stayed at the flat called Squareview2 (the one with green sofa at the pictures) as four adults. The flat has an excellent location, being at the fourth floor it has a perfect view of castle and sea, The flat was clean and the main bedroom was large enough and comfortable. It was december and flat was hot enough. Efrim is a good host, provide you any information you need.

The sofa at the kitchen area ( the green one :)) is not suitable for two adult to sleep together, it was too small. The hot plate at the kitchen was not working and forks and spoons were for three people. There can be a proper table instead of a coffee table. If you are staying for a day or two these points can be ignored, for longer stays it can be uncomfortable.

It’s at the city center. You can reach every where by walking. The room contains everything we need. Many kinds of coffee were the best thing. It eas clean and tidy. The responsible person met us at the door and he was so polite and interested.

The only thing bad was the bad sheet was not changed, it was messy and wrinkeled. There eas hair on the pillow.

Everything about our stay was exceptional, even if for only one night. The apartment is spotless with a kitchen, lounge, large bathroom & magnificent views of both the Castle and port. Awesome location. We loved our stay & will definitely return the next time we are in Kavala.
