Very comfortable apartment with all amenities needed in place at the very center of Kavala, 20 meters from the restaurant and coffee shops zone with views to the sea and the castle. Eftimios was a great host - helpful and friendly. Thank you, Eftimios, and see you soon again!

The broken elevator

It was great. The owner welcomed us very warmly and showed everything we needed. We booked 3 apartments and all of them were so clean. In the kitchen you have everything you need for cooking: toast machine, coffee machine etc… It is also in the center, only 5 minutes by walk to the coast.

Everything was perfect

The apartment was new, in perfect condition and very clean. There were literally no traces of usage. The furniture was gorgeous. There was water, tea and a few types of coffee left for us. The host was a great person, very friendly and helpful. Moreover, he spoke great Bulgarian. We had the following situation: parked at the wrong place and lost our registration plates so we asked the host for help. He came with us to the police and we got them really fast because Eftimious ( the host) talked with them. So big-hearted thank you once again, we wish you all the best and will be forever thankful!

Highly highly highly recommend! The best location in Kavala, very clean and comfortable, well equipped with everything you need, there are coffee facilities and nice balconie where to drink your first coffee for the day. The host Mr Mantziokas Efthitmios is very kind and friendly. The apartment is dog friendly also. Perfect! Will visit definitely again soon the suite. Thank you, Mr Mantziokas!
