Very vivid nightlife. Many street musicians, and musicians performing live at the restraunts. Very close to everything you would need. Walking distance to the Old Town. The balcony of the rental unit has a very stunning view of the square and old town. Excellent pizzeria called LOGAN at this location, and plenty of street food. The host accomodated our late check-in. The next day the host helped with a place to leave our mobile refridgerator until we leave because it needed to be plugged in.

Parking is an issue at this location. We arrived on Friday evening and left on SAturday afternoon. I struggled to find a spot when I arrived. Many of the shops close at this time and you may be lucky to find a spot in front of such shops. However, you will need to move your car the next morning. Unfortunately I parked at an express parking who charged 10 Euro for overnight stay (and thşs does nor mean this will be a secure place to leave a car, not different from parking on street). And 5 Euros more the next morning to stay until 14.00. Closed municipal parking is cheaper and safer I guess. I would advise not using express parking at this location (40.937842, 24.413318) because I found the guys there opportunistic. I witnessed that they charged the foreigners with parking fees even after 21.00, though they were not going to supervise their car at this time of the day. They would just leave home! And the next morning they started charging 3 Euros per hour though it was only 2 Euros the evening before.

Great location, nice host, very nice arranged and all the necessary stuff for a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back in Kavala and this location.

Small kitchen and bath but equipped with everything you need. Proper place for 3 max 4 pers.
