"Poor soundproofing"

Spacious room, nice balcony.

The soundproofing is extremely poor, and every single movement and talking from the next door apartment is heard and amplified. We were unlucky to have neighbours that came home late and as a result couldn't sleep at all.

It is a lovely place, very comfortable, with everything a guest could possibly need. Perfect location, easy walking distance to the center of town but far enough to be quiet and calm.
