Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία για να κινηθείς πεζή από Λαδάδικα έως Νέα παραλία. Ζεστό δωμάτιο. Ευρύχωρο μπάνιο. Ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης

Να καθαριστεί το κάλυμμα του καναπέ, να ανανεωθούν οι πετσέτες, οι οποίες ήταν καθαρές αλλά δεν έδιναν καλή αίσθηση, να υπάρχει σπογγοπετσετα ή πάνινη στην κουζίνα, να μπει δεύτερο φωτιστικό κομοδίνου, να επισκευαστεί το πρόβλημα στο ταβάνι λόγω διαρροής. Οι ελλείψεις δεν είναι σπουδαίες, αλλά η κάλυψή τους ενώ έχει μικρό κόστος θα βελτίωνε την εικόνα.
