Location

4 dage før vores sidste overnatningsdag gik elektriciteten. Det var koldt og vi ventede en dag men åbenbart var ikke nogle teknikere og vi fik heller ikke 4 dage refundering. Vi fik kun refunderet for 2 dage.

Прекрасный добрый отзывчивый хозяин . Отличный дом, с большими спальнями . Все соответствует действительности. Отличное размещение квартиры в центре старого Тбилиси. Прекрасный вид из окна на старую церковь. Обязательно приедем ещё.

Останавливались в этой квартире в сентябре 2025г. На 2 дня. Самое лучшее место в Тбилиси! Шикарная двухуровневая квартира, хороший ремонт, кухня оборудована всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Большой балкон, с которого открывается вид на храм и реку, можно уютно посидеть за столиком и наслаждаться видами города. В одной из спален большая комфортная кровать. В ванной есть все принадлежности. Уютный дворик. И очень приветливый хозяин Коба, который был всегда на связи и отвечал на все вопросы. Если случится, будем останавливаться только здесь! Очень рекомендую для проживания.

Приезжали компанией. Были приятно удивлены гостеприимности. Все необходимое есть для комфортного проживания. Удобное расположение.. Очень аккуратные апартаменты. Просторно , чисто, атмосферно . Спасибо большое . 10 из 10 наша оценка.

Хороший большой дом, с большим балконом с прекрасным видом, большим столом для всей семьи. Хозяин нас встретил лично, угостил холодненькими арбузом и дыней, что было ооочень приятно и кстати с дороги) Расположения жилья отличное. Все магазины рядом, до центра очень близко. Нам очень понравилось !
