The owner was very polite! Gave us all the instructions how to find everything we needed. Definitely recommend this place to live!

It was really nice to stay here. Really big and cozy living room for chilling.

Τhe apartment is amazing and clean. The host and his daughter are so kind and helpful. The view from the balcony is wonderful, and we loved the layout of the house. It is 15 minutes walking distance to downtown and top attractions. The beds are really comfortable and so are the pillows. It is equipped with almost everything you need. Security cameras are great and shows you everything in the street around the house. Definitely, that will be our place to stay every time we are in Tbilisi.

The apartment was very nice. It was very cozy and homey. The host was very kind and replied to all our queries very qickly. The place is just 12 minutes walkable to the Abanotubani Sulfur baths, Meidan Bazar and restaurants. There are also nearby supermarkets like Carrefour and Spar. We also love the kitchen so much because we can cook our meals in the morning and night.

We don't like smell inside the room and the bed covers. It's smells like old linens stored for a long a time. But we managed it thru spraying room freshener.

Location is very good and so many sights to see near by apartment and that too walkable distance

Everything was just right... from communicating with the owner, to prompt messages any time of the day or night :) Kate greeted us with her Family who were all so pleasant and amazing.... The apartment is great...from the location to facilities itself...everything was just there and the Family was always ready to help or answer if anything was needed. Will see you soon, real soon! :)

Nice views from the balcony - Comfortable beds - Cosy interiors

The property's address specified on booking is wrong. Despite the fact that I asked for the guidelines how to find the property, none were provided. The owner of the property just texted us "We'll meet you". Ultimately, we had to wait over 30 minutes for the owner to arrive at an address that was wrong, even though that we let them know in advance about our arrival time. - Keeping air-conditioning switched on was not an option because it smelled with urine and rotten food. It was disgusting. - We were all packed at the check out time and needed no more than 2 minutes to leave the premises ensuring that all our items were taken. It was quite unprofessional to bang at the the flat's doors precisely at the previously check out time and to tell us to "hurry up and get out of their property". I wish his punctuality measured with the seconds was as good at our check in time when he didn't even apologise for arriving half an hour late to check us in.
