Our stay was pleasant overall, and we appreciated the location and comfort of the apartment.

There are some things to improve. Firstly, regarding cleanliness and maintenance: the hairdryer was not working, the internet connection was unstable and only worked in some parts of the apartment, the shower glass was stained with limescale, and there was dust in several areas. The pool water was clean, but the filter was very noisy, making it unpleasant to stay in the water. Additionally, the bottom of the pool was dirty, mostly with sand. Another aspect that could be improved is communication. It would be helpful to specify in advance that the apartment is on the seventh floor but accessible only by stairs, as the elevator goes only up to the sixth. This could be a serious issue for guests with disabilities or those using a wheelchair. Also, I had requested an early check-in but never received a reply. My message informing the host that I had just landed in Thessaloniki (sent at 10:30 AM) was only answered at 2:36 PM, just twenty minutes before the official check-in time. Even if an early check-in was not possible, a timely response would have been appreciated.

Nillie hospitality is exceptional. They've got reasonable prices, clean flats and renovated flats. In any flat I stayed I was always really satisfied.

I'm a bit sensitive to chlorine and I think they had just treated the mini pool and there was really a lot of chlorine. But I guess they have to do this to keep it hygienic. The (small) pool is awesome though

All the Airbnb was dirty the pool had some stuff inside the water was coming outside the rollers of the window it was broken the curtains was ripped out and even the toilet was with hair and with some liquid it was disgusting the room in the photos looks very big but it was very small

the location was really good and the interior is nice but it was absolutely not clean, we had to clean the ground by ourselves and found a lot of hair of other people in the apartment but i have to say the owner wrote us a message to give a feedback and i told them the cleaning problem and they offered to refresh the apartment

Location is excellent. The rooftop swimming pool is great for cold mornings dives.

Dirty dirty, very dirty. The spaces are very small (no space for luggage, smells very bad of humidity, humidity on the roof of the bathroom, damaged appliances or old and not well maintained. No coffee pads available (coffee machine is there) or water at check-in. The is no room for storage of the suitcase after checkout - inconvenience for exploring the city on last hours before departure. Wifi is not working properly, it is very unstable. we stayed often on our data. No plugs on the right side of the bed. No bed light for reading. only 2 very bad quality hangers, in a very small wardrobe hardly accessible due to the limited space for maneuver. Many things are broken or looks old (the mosquitos net on the window, the lavabo in bathroom is detached, moldy the roof of the bathroom, smell comes from the sinks, the shower drain is damaged, the flush does not work properly). Spaces asphyxiating.
