Filia Luxury Apartments

Officially the best appartments ever. The check-in was awesome, we could leave our suitcases earlier. The beach is close and Old Town is also in 15 min walk. The appartments has fully equipped kitchen, sun umbrellas and towels.

Bed linens had some smell because not good drying

It was lovely to be welcomed by Rena the owner. The place was immaculately clean & she had it supplied with everything you needed. She also gave a welcoming food pack which was so much we could not finish eating before leaving. The location was fantastic, close to restaurants & a short walk to Chania Old Town. I would highly recommend this apartment.

La ubicación excelente a 5 minutos de la playa Nea Chora y a 15 del puerto y el casco antiguo. Eirini es una anfitriona excepcional, contesta y organiza rápido. Nos sorprendió con la nevera llena de productos que nos evitaron salir corriendo al supermercado, además de tener sal, aceite, jabones, etc que siempre son necesarios y nunca hay. El apartamento es cómodo, limpio, con ascensor y en zona tranquila. Tiene aacc y el aparcamiento en la misma puerta.

Lo único que se me ocurre que podría mejorar es tener una sartén junto con las cacerolas, fuentes y demás menaje de la cocina.

I loved the apartment itself, which was very comfortable, the amenities were all working perfectly (TV, washing machine, toaster, shower with good pressure...); the front balcony is well appointed and the back one is perfect to dry clothes. The abundant welcome food in the fridge was a very nice touch as I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. The location steps away from the Nea Chora beach is also a plus. I was able to walk to the old town following the seashore, the sea was incredibly beautiful, and I felt perfectly safe.

There was construction in the area and the diverted traffic made the street very busy at times, so it was a bit noisy on the balcony. But it was peaceful at night.

We were 11 nights in Filia Luxury Apt.s. It was the best accommodation we have experienced. Super modern, super clean third-floor view of the sea. The location was fantastic, 1 minute from the boardwalk and the sea. But what really made this stand out was Eirini and her help. The fridge was stocked with so many goodies. We couldn't even use it all. So thoughtful and welcoming for tourists. Any little issue was quickly addressed and resolved. Thank you again Eirini, I do hope we can stay again!!

Appartamento a 50 m dalla spiaggia di Nora Boha. Spiaggia piacevole e consigliatissima per chi ama fare snorkeling raggiungendo gli scogli di fronte e' possibile avvistare branchi di barracuda, curiose cernie brune, polpi, box fish e pesci pagliaccio. Oltre a saraghi, occhiate e brillanti salpe. Pesci che non abbiamo visto nelle spiagge piu' belle di Creta.... La casa si trova al terzo piano di uno stabile con parcheggio privato al fresco, soluzione preziosa per chi va in auto a Chania. Arredato di tutto punto, pulizia impeccabile, aria condizionata e tutti gli accessori necessari per trascorrere una vacanza senza preoccuparsi delle comodita' di casa. Sono presenti due Tv a schermo piatto. Presenza di zanzariere e lavasciuga Ottima biancheria e su 6 giorni di permanenza cambio biancheria e pulizia casa. All arrivo abbiamo.trovato tutto cio'che serviva per una colazione dolce e salata che ha deliziato le nostre colazioni al mattino, gli spuntini del pranzo e gli aperitivi con il vino bianco offeto da bere ai tromanti sul comodo balconcino. Il centro di Chania e' a 1 km di piacevole passeggiata di lungo mare o lungo il corso per lo shoppingh.

L'unico aspetto migliorabile e' il letto alla francese. Un kingh size toglierebbe spazio alla camera da letto ma aggiungerebbe confort al sonno notturno

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Filia Luxury Apartments! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by both the accommodation and the hospitality. Rena was truly outstanding, friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Kids loved the fresh fruits and snacks provided and we enjoyed the coffee in our balcony every morning. You simply cannot ask for a better location in Chania! Just a minute away from the Nea Chora beach and only a 10-minute pleasant walk to the Chania old town. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The space was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a fully functional kitchen with quality appliances, washing machine, comfortable furnishings, and lovely decor. The apartment also featured excellent WiFi, air conditioning and comfortable bedding that ensured great nights of sleep after long days of exploring. We would definitely return to Filia Luxury Apartments and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania. It's rare to find a place that combines such a great host, perfect location, and beautiful accommodation all in one!
